刘杰
一、基本信息
刘杰,男,教授,博士生导师。1999年考入东北农业大学pg电子游戏试玩网站app下载中心生物科学本、硕、博连读(8年)专业,2007年获农学博士学位,同年进入pg电子游戏试玩网站app下载中心pg电子游戏试玩网站app下载中心生物化学与分子生物学系从事教学和科研工作。旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室固定研究人员。2013.11-2014.10在美国马里兰大学生物科学与生物技术研究所(The Institute for Bioscience and Biotechnology Research)以访问学者进行合作研究。
二、研究方向
以小麦条锈病为研究对象,通过分子生物学,生物化学,植物生理学,基因组学,蛋白组学等手段,来揭示植物与病原菌互作的分子机理。主要包括:
(1)植物与病原菌互作过程中的营养转运及其调控机制。
(2)病菌效应蛋白调控寄主免疫的分子机制。
(3)泛素化修饰介导的寄主抗病机制解析。
三、开设课程
主要承担本科生《基础生物化学》、《基础生物化学实验》、《生物化学综合大实验》、《生物技术综合大实验》等课程教学工作以及研究生的《高级生物化学》课程的部分教学工作。
